Yoga Instructor
Jc Yogi
My experience in Yoga goes back to 2001. I felt drawn to it after attending my first class. However due to personal circumstances, I stopped practicing because I was running my own business as a Chef Proprietor. During this period, I became aware of how incredibly stressful life can be especially in the corporate environment and became inspired to help people restore their peace of mind and physical health. In 2006 I started attending yoga classes again in my local health club in Staines where I was very fortunate to meet many other inspirational teachers from other yogic disciplines such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantric, Anusara, Gravatonic & Mindfulness Meditation. In 2015 I took a leap of faith and quit my employment as a chef to teach yoga full time and to further my knowledge so I could help and encourage others to change their lives. I use my background in Lebanese Cuisine, with its healthy Mediterranean influence, to provide dietary advice to promote a holistic approach to good health. I also cater on some of the retreats I run as well as teaching yoga
.I organise and run various yoga retreats in the UK and abroad, monthly workshops and Rasa Yoga 200-hour teacher training in the UK and abroad. I also teach yoga at various festivals around Europe, as well as a bespoke one on one or two on one yoga classes.
Sound Therapy Practitioner
Manjola Hoxha
Manjola is a meditation guide, sound healing practitioner, and founder of SOLUNA HEART, a wellbeing platform dedicated to helping people reconnect with their true nature and cultivate inner harmony.
Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering who we truly are beneath the layers of stress, conditioning, and life's challenges. Through meditation, breath work, sound healing, energy awareness, and holistic wellbeing practices, she creates safe and nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and return home to themselves.
Inspired by the sacred balance of the Sun and Moon, SOLUNA HEART reflects Manjola's vision of inner harmony—the union of strength and softness, action and surrender, mind and heart.
Her intention is simple: to help people remember the wisdom, peace, and wholeness that already lives within them.

Charles Pearson
Charles currently teaches in Edinburgh at Tribe, Hot Pod Edinburgh and Tidal Yoga studios. Charles also teaches regularly online, as well as private one-on-ones and at destination retreats. Charles first qualified as a yoga teacher in 2019 with a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) training at Red Hot Yoga in Guildford, Surrey after embarking on a regular yoga practice 7 years earlier at age 50. Since then, Charles has taught consistently both in studios and online 10-12 times weekly. Charles has continued to learn and develop including in 2023 obtaining another 200 hour qualification, this time through Yoga Alliance (US) with Leslie Glickman at Yoga Journey in Boca Raton, Florida with emphasis on Yin and Vinyasa Yoga.
Charles also has additional 40 hour certificates for Yoga Nidra and for Yin. Charles teaches a variety of styles (hot, power, flow, vinyasa, slow flow, gentle flow, foundation, yin, and restorative) and mostly all level classes and is known for his focus on alignment, detailed cueing, and working his students hard but always with love and support and a sense of humour.
Sound Bath Practitioner
Emma Victoria
A Sound Bath is an experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves. Several instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself, produce these waves.
Instead of having a memorable tune or rhythm as you would hear at a rock concert or symphony, the music is an expertly chosen wash of instruments and voices with pronounced resonance and overtones.

Holistic Wellbeing Practitioner
Carla Carolina Watson
I’m Carla, an accredited Wellbeing Coach with a rich background in somatic work through clinical hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, breath work, over 250 hours of teacher training in yoga, emotional freedom techniques, mental health first aider, and the soothing practices of Reiki, women’s circles, and sound baths.
I specialize in delivering holistic, approachable, and sustainable wellbeing solutions for corporate teams, private groups and individuals, with a dedicated focus on women, pregnant individuals, and those navigating the postpartum journey.
My holistic approach encompasses mind, body, and spirit, offering personalised support to foster profound transformation and cultivate a balanced, fulfilling life.
