The French Flow - October 2 - 5, 2026
Where wellness meets the art of French living
Join us in the beautiful Dordogne for four unforgettable days in the heart of the countryside with Largesse Retreats, where time softens, the air feels lighter, and life gently slows to a pace you didn’t realize you were missing. This experience is more than a simple escape — it’s a conscious pause. A chance to step away from the noise, the obligations, and the constant forward momentum of everyday life, and instead settle into something richer and more nourishing. Here, days unfold naturally, guided by ease rather than urgency, allowing you the space to breathe deeply, rest fully, and reconnect with yourself.Surrounded by ancient stone buildings, and the quiet beauty of rural France, you’ll be invited to immerse yourself in the authentic rhythm of French life — lingering over meals, savouring unhurried mornings, and allowing moments of stillness to become just as meaningful as moments of exploration. This is your time to reset, to soften, and to return home feeling replenished — body, mind, and spirit — carrying with you the calm, clarity, and quiet joy that only time truly well spent can offer. This is more than just a getaway — it’s your chance to completely reset, slow down, and immerse yourself in the rhythm of French life and take time for you!
What You'll Experience
Each day includes:
Yoga Practices with our gifted practitioner Carmen-Lee, whose calm energy and intuitive teaching create space for rest, release, and reconnection. Whether you're new to movement or deep in your practice, Carmen will meet you exactly where you are.
A peaceful day at the historic Château de Puymartin, where we’ll practice yoga on the grounds, enjoy a guided tour, and share a leisurely lunch in a truly magical setting by a french chef.
An exclusive private dining experience with local chef Julien, owner of Coin Coin — one of Sarlat’s best-kept secrets and just minutes from our retreat home.
A visit to the vibrant Sarlat Saturday market, where we’ll explore, taste, and soak up the colours, scents, and flavours of authentic French life.
Daily meals crafted by Isabelle Miller, our in-house culinary queen, whose platters and dishes are works of edible art — elegant, seasonal, and served with a refined French twist. Think freshly baked tarts, ripe cheeses, and beautifully styled grazing spreads.
This is a retreat where every detail is taken care of — all you need to do is arrive, exhale, and let yourself be held.

Meet Your Practitioner:
Carmen Lee

My name is Carmen. I’m a Certified Yoga, Tantra and Pilates Teacher, Holistic Relationship and Sex Educator, and Childbirth Doula
Are you tired of living out of alignment, feeling burnt out, or not feeling your best?
If so, you’re not alone. We’ve all been there at some point or another, and that’s why I’m passionate about helping women to achieve sustainable balance and bliss through holistic wellness and spiritual practices that are rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science.
I have taught hundreds of women—just like you—how to access more pleasure, presence, and peace through my traditional yoga classes, workshops, courses, and retreats, along with my signature sensual dance and callisthenic programmes.

Meet Your Sound Practitioner: Emma Victoria

At Largus Retreats the floating sound bath is a highlight of your stay and an experience not to be missed! While floating in a warm heating pool on a luxurious float, you are “bathed” in sound waves. Several instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself, produce these waves. Read more here
